Technical support in a prestigious residence
At Villa Ninetta, in the Principality of Monaco, we carried out, in collaboration with Dierre France, numerous service interventions on doors and locking systems: replacement of locks, claddings and doors, restoration and adjustment of the handles.
Work that requires attention to both operation and finishes, to maintain safety, ease of use and aesthetic consistency in a high-end residential setting.

In the heart of the Principality of Monaco, Le Schuykill represents one of the most important residential redevelopment projects in the Principality.
The historic tower is now the subject of an ambitious transformation project signed by Zaha Hadid Architects, with the aim of hosting high-end residences, with particular attention to the quality of spaces and security systems.
In collaboration with DIERRE FRANCE, Tecnicalserv handles the installation of the new Dierre security doors and the maintenance of the installed elements; our work stands out for precision, timeliness and attention to detail, key aspects within a project of this importance
