For over 20 years, Tecnicalserv S.r.l.s. has operated in the field of security, doors and windows, automation and access systems, offering professional solutions for homes, condominiums, companies, hospitality facilities and large construction sites.
Our business was born from experience in technical assistance and has grown over time into a complete service:
consulting, design, supply, installation and maintenance.
We operate mainly in Liguria, the French Riviera, the Principality of Monaco and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, working on both single homes and complex facilities and large-scale projects.

Tecnicalserv has its own team of qualified technicians and installers, constantly updated on products, technologies and industry regulations.
Our experience includes security systems, mechanical and electronic locks, automation, access control, doors and windows, smart and home-automation solutions, as well as technical design and the study of tailored solutions.

We assess what you want to achieve: greater security, more light, better use of space, or a style consistent with your home.
Together we define priorities and budget.
We measure room sizes, wall thicknesses, floor levels and available clearances. We check the condition of the substrates, out-of-square issues and the provisions needed for installation.
We produce dimensioned drawings and, when required, 3D models to define doors, frames, panels, openings and installation details. The design phase allows us to assess the product’s integration in the setting and identify any possible interferences.

We handle positioning, fastenings, sealing and adjustments. We check the correct movement of the doors, the operation of the locks and any automation, providing guidance for use and maintenance.
We share the final configuration and the quote, specifying dimensions, features, included workmanship and expected timelines. After approval we proceed with the order and scheduling of the work.
We define materials, profiles, glass types and finishes based on the project’s aesthetic and functional needs, checking their compatibility with the product and the intended use.
For automated solutions we identify motors, safety devices, controls and the required electrical provisions.
7. After-sales support
Our work continues even after installation.
We remain your point of reference for technical support, adjustments, repairs and component replacement.
We assess the issue and define the required action to restore the proper operation of doors, frames and automation systems. We also offer scheduled maintenance to prevent faults, limit wear and keep functionality and safety over time.
